It is very useful to look after the calories you need but sometimes is quite inaccurated because you dont have the weight or the volume of the food. The evolutionary food pyramid

The traditional food pyramid as we known is a bit wrong because it says that we must eat cereals and pasta but this is not true. The homo sapiens are not used to consume this things, we havent been in the Earth enough time. This table shows very well this:piramide_alimentaria_evolutiva

8,000-10,000 years ago, man learned to become a farmer, and with it he began to consume cereals in significant quantities. At the same time, we also learned to domesticate animals, which gave us access to new foods, such as milk and its derivatives.

We take 1% of our existence taking these products so in some populations we are not able to process these foods correctly.
This does not mean that we necessarily eliminate these foods, but it is reasonable to think that they should not represent a large part of our food.

With the industrial revolution, food is processed and produced in large quantities. Since the industrial revolution, the production of refined sugar is massified and its consumption begins to increase exponentially.

DAY 11

Today we continued doing volleyball. We have been doing this week some exercises but today we did especially finger shots and block. To block we must jump as high as we can and then move your hands with some power. This exercices are cool but I want to play volleybal now!!


We started playing volleyball. It’s not my first time playing I played it in a summer camp but before I didn’t know the rules of it. We did some basic exercises for example we had to throw the ball to the opponenr but instead of hitting the ball we have to catch it and throw it into the adversary’s field. Then the next level was almost the same excepr we had to run to a cone and try to save the ball


Today we used another APP called Sworkit, this app allows you to customize your training with a lot of exercises and it shows how you need to perform them, it also reminds you the time you must to rest. This can help you to do exercises in your homes because it’s very easy to use: Jorge, our teacher, give us some homerwork with this app.
